All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified. Crush Photography accepts the following methods of payment:

Cheque (Please make cheques out to Crush Photography Inc.)

Interac e-Transfer (Please send to: orders@crushphotography.ca)
Refunds
All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturers defect. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will reprint your order or issue a full refund. Please
contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order to request a reprint or refund.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received and processing will not begin until payment is received. Due to the variety and nature of our products and services we can not guarantee how long your order will take to process or ship. Please contact us studio to discuss your particular order and receive an estimate on when it will be ready.
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please contact us if you require shipping to another country.
Items shipped from the studio will be shipped with Canada Post or Fedex.
Items shipped directly from our suppliers will be shipped with the method used by the supplier and is subject to their shipping policy.
You can pickup your order from the studio free of charge. We will contact you when the order is ready to arrange pickup.
Domestic Shipping Prices (within Canada):
Shipping is calculated based on the total order price:
$0-$49.99 - Flat rate of $5
$49.99-$99.99 - Flat rate of $10
Shipping is free for orders over $100
International Shipping Prices (United States):
Flat rate of $30
Rush Handling
Rush handling can be added to your order for 30% of the order subtotal. This will move your order to the front of the line. Due to the variety and nature of our products and services we can not guarantee how long your order will take to process. Please
contact us to discuss your particular order and receive and estimate on when it will be ready. If you would like rush shipping please ensure the "Rush Handling" box is checked in addition to the "Shipped" box when checking out.
Privacy & Security
Crush Photography will not sell or disclose your personal information to any outside parties except when necessary to process your order or when required by law.
